Located near the heart of Silicon Valley, America Center Phase II is designed to address the current trends in the technology industry. The central courtyard serves as a connective tissue between the two buildings should a single tenant occupy both buildings. Both lobbies are accessed through a breezeway which is integrated with tenant spaces allowing for unique indoor/outdoor configurations. The technology sector’s need for an active gathering space led to the design of a series of smaller outdoor areas which can be linked to form one larger space. Both buildings offer unobstructed views of San Francisco bay to the North and to the Diablo range to the East.
