Located just north of the heart of Downtown San Diego and a few blocks from Balboa park, the tower sits primed for some of the best views of the city.
The design proposes 250 units built on a 6 story parking podium.
The tower prioritizes panoramic views for each of its units by staggering the envelope along the curvature of the floor plate. Each tenant gets as much glass line as possible while maintaining highly efficient right-angled room layouts.
The building's sleek form counterpoints the San Diego skyline in an elegant way.
