The proposal would introduce a 24 story building into the Beverly Hills skyline, with 200 Residential units and over 40,000 sqft of open space.
Broken up into a series of three amenity decks and spread out vertically throughout the tower. The amenities provided in the tower range from private theaters, yoga studios to clubhouses all to service a diverse populations needs and wants.
